I worked out at gym today. 2.02 miles on treadmill. 36 minutes. I upped the speed to 4.0 mph for 2 minutes. Today is the first day that I used the fat burn on the treadmill. I am not using my HRM as it has not been working for some time. I need to buy another one at some point. The calories on the machine were 139 burned but I think that is inaccurate.
I have been using about walk.com and I can put in my miles and weight and it will calculate. When I did it today. 2.02 miles at 137 lbs it says I burned 147 calories.
I weighed myself this morning on my old digital scale.
6:48am n/c 136 lbs 3x
6:49am n/c 136 lbs 2x
6:50am n/c 136 lbs 4x
body fat percentage (body fat calculator set at 5'4", 137 lbs, normal, female it is the last one in the list maybe number 7)
body fat %: 33.8// BMI: 23.7. Not bad.
When I weighed on the new scale without setting anything up it said I was 137.3lbs. So I am going with 137 lbs.
