Oh brother.....

Not a great day food wise today...

Ok..so today started out pretty good. I didn't have time for my Shakeology shake again today, but wanted to leave early enough to get to work on time ha!

I prepared/ prepped my food last night. I cut up the strawberries for two and half days and I got everything ready last night about midnight or little later maybe... And what I am thinking is that I am going to have to start cutting up my fruits when I first buy them like strawberries as they tend to go bad soon...

So, yeah today I ate pretty good at work and then someone brought in peanut butter fudge from Lazy Mary's and I had to have some ...not a lot though. and then I decided to go to Lazy Mary's after work and buy some for Cassie and that is what I did. For one block (small) or good size maybe it was $3.12 so that wasn't bad I think the girl told me that it is $12.99 for one pound.
I don't plan on doing this on a regular basis.

So, I was thinking....I need to make smaller goals. Like I just need to focus on each day.

For Friday August 7, 2015
I want to drink more water.
I want to stay away from junk food.
I think if on Friday August 7, 2015
I can seriously focus on eating good.

for food: I hope that there is a chance that I can make my shakeology in the morning and eat that and I hope that I can and I hope that I can drink water. I mean, the one good thing is that I haven't had any soda. I did have one cup of apple juice today with dinner.

And I did mess up with dinner too
and dessert that I probably shouldn't have done or had

but here is the thing.
the thing is this:
on Friday August 7, 2015 I would like to
seriously try to make this day a good day.

for breakfast I should try to do the Shakeology for breakfast
then I should try to eat a couple of hours later with say a hard boiled egg and then maybe a veggie and then for lunch have the slices of meat that I bought and then some fruit
maybe a veggie.

I would really like to do well today, Friday August 7th eating wise.
That way on Saturday when I am in Manchester I will try to eat good but it might not work out well.
the other thing is this. I want to workout. as in I would like do some type of cardio. and then on Saturday since I will still be here Saturday morning maybe I can get up early enough so that I can do a workout in the morning before I leave and also want to use Richard's weed wacker that he let me borrow a week or two ago before I leave

GOALS FOR FRIDAY AUGUST 7, 2015

* Drink water. Attempt to drink about 60 oz of water
* Don't eat candy. Don't drink soda. Don't drink juice
* Eat every 2-3 hours today
* Enter all food consumed in my fitness pal so that I can track calories eaten
* Do a cardio workout when I get home from work
