Did not get a workout in and only did a few squats as I was tired at the end of the day.
We spent most of the day / afternoon at my mom's and played with puppy Tigger
While waiting for Cassie to get out of work.
And made plans to go to Parkers Maple Barn on Tuesday August 18, 2015
So the scale will go up from that most likely as well
But Richard has never been there before and I've been wanting to take him there for awhile now
I have a plan for when I get back from vacation to focus on doing a beachbody program to the end
I am considering doing SLIM IN 6 as the work outs are less challenging then 21 day fix
I want to follow a healthy eating plan as well and I am thinking that I should still be able to do the 21 day fix nutrition plan
At some point I would like to do the 3 day refesh as well
They say it is beside to do it on a weekend
Another thing that I am concerned with is how to lose the weight on my stomach, love handles, hips because since I don't have a bunch of weight to lose (I have about 20 tops to lose while others have 50 to lose) I have the fear that I will gain more muscle and end up weighing more than when I started.
So I wish I could ask a personal trainer about that.
But I feel that I just need to stick with a pla and try it for the duration and see what my results are. Slim in 6 is for 6 weeks but the workouts are less difficult than the 21 day fix. The 21 day fix is for 3 weeks
And I will not be able to do the program of slim in 6 to lose more weight fast I short amount of time due to the leafy greens I am not allowed to have due to my factor V Leiden
So that is something I should ask somebody about
But right now I want to get down to like 145 and stay there for awhile then hopefully get down to 140...
This weight loss journey is harder than before as I didn't have the love handles or such WIDE hips before
