I weighed in this morning at 137 lbs 4x, on Richard's scale and at 138.8 lbs 5x on my scale. This is AMAZING!!!
I did my measurements again today only because today is exactly 5 weeks from when I did measurements on Sunday January 22, 2017
Weigh in information:
138.8 lbs
33.1 body fat percentage
4.6 bone density
48.8 water percentage

HIPS: 43"
WAIST (top/narrowest part): 27.5"
WAIST: (bottom/ belly button): 37.25"
NECK: 12.5"
BUST: 33.5"
R THIGH: 22"
L THIGH: 22.5"
R ARM: 9.75"
L ARM: 10"
R WRIST: 5.75"
L WRIST: 6"
Total inches: 229.75" which is interesting that it is the same amount of total inches that I had yesterday but yesterday's inches were different.
I know my hips were 43.5" yesterday so that is something you know. I even measured it a few times this morning and still came up with that amount you know.
It's all good though.
I am very happy that I measured and weighed in again today.
But I think I should make start doing it once a week. Or I will have A LOT of blog posts on here.
I had my lemon water, in 12 oz PS water that I measured myself, at 9:04am today and started eating breakfast shortly after.
Fiber one whole wheat English muffin with Reese's peanut butter (1 table spoon/ on serving) with 2 eggs scrambled with olive oil pam cooking spray, with 13 organic raspberries (61 grams) and 4 medium organic strawberries and herbal mint medley hot tea (peppermint and spearmint combined in one tea, not my favorite I prefer the peppermint solo).
So on my scale I went down 0.6 lbs from yesterday. I know! I know don't weigh in everyday. But that is just what I do to keep myself honest with the food that I eat.
I don't think I ate as much as I thought yesterday. We ordered take out/ pick up from Texas Roadhouse last night because he (Richard Pope) wanted to order out. I have to either get chicken or shrimp grilled plain. But I just had grilled shrimp on Friday night at Longhorn and thought that it would be best to have chicken last night. I got the house salad with no cheese and no crotons and Italian dressing on side. Doesn't matter what dressing I get as I don't usually use it/ eat it. I had the salad plain last night. I also had them bring steamed carrots and broccoli, only thing is that they steamed them in butter cuz I could see it when I got it. I did eat the carrots but I should have asked them to steam the veggies without the butter. Oh well. What ya gonna do. I can do that next time. They sent the bread that we love so much. But I didn't have any as usual. That is what I do now. Richard left one for me and told me I could have it. I told him no thanks. I don't eat bread anymore like that.
I am proud that I can say no to food that I know I shouldn't be eating.
Then, I did have 6 grape tomatoes and a few slices of red onion that I bought and sliced myself after my dinner. As I was still hungry. I think I had maybe one or two pieces of sugarfree spearming Xtra gum yesterday but I didn't have anymore. And I plan to not have the gum or any mints or anything like that.
I didn't have an apple either. I was going to, but since I really don't know exactly what caused the diarrhea yesterday I didn't want to take any chances.

I do remember this one thing that Sarah Varno/ my personal trainer, said to me a week or two ago was that now that my body is used to not eating certain foods and it has detoxified or my body is detoxified that when I do eat something not good for me like junk food or candy or fast food that I will feel sick and it will not make me feel good because I have been eating a certain way for some time. And I was thinking that maybe that was it. I was thinking that maybe because I had the sugarfree strawberry mints that maybe that was my body telling me it didn't want me to eat it and then I had the diarrhea. Who knows? But I do believe that more than what Richard said. Richard told me yesterday/ Saturday February 25, 2017 that the reason I had the diarrhea is because it was my body repairing itself or something like that. He was basically saying that my body was evening itself out from me drinking all the water and all that stuff. I don't know if that is true. I mean, I know drinking lots of water is supposed to cleanse you. He doesn't believe that. He thinks that when you drink too much water that you have issues. It actually works both ways. I can drink to much and cause issues/ die if you drink like 3 liters in a short amount of time and you can injure yourself if you don't drink enough water and become dehydrated. There is a word that I forget if you drink too much water in a short amount of time as well.
But I am good. I just need to drink more water. I stopped drinking the 3 -23.7 oz bottles when he told me that I shouldn't drink that much water. I don't think he knows though. I have always heard that you should try to drink half your body weight in ounces of water. So if I weighed 140 lbs then I would need to drink 70 oz of water a day. But now that I am 138.8 lbs or 139 lbs I really only need to drink between 69.4 to 69.5 oz of water. So basically 70 oz you know. So I could basically drink three of the 23.7 oz bottles and that would give me 71.1 oz of water a day. A little more but that is A-Okay.
So maybe that is what I should aim for. And I think hot water with tea counts as water too. But I don't usually count that. So far I have had 12 oz of water with my lemon this morning and then the water for the tea and then a tiny bit of water with my vitamins and that is it.
