I went dress shopping for my niece, Nicole Devarney's wedding. She is getting married on Saturday May 6, 2017 (one week from today!)
I had Richard take me to Macy's at mall of NH in Manchester NH and at first I had a hard time finding dresses and then after some time I was able to find some that I liked. Remember they are on the bottom floor but you go in on the top floor and have to go down the stairs/ escalator to get to the women's department for dresses and business work wear and business casual work wear.
Anyway, since I wore my size 10 blue jean shorts today and they fit and were not snug or anything like that. So I decided that I would try on size 8 and possibly size 6 dresses after I got to the store.
I really hadn't thought about a size 6 before I got to the store. I really hadn't thought about it. But you know when you are there and just the think of it and there you go. I really didn't expect the size 6 to fit me, but they did! And it was a great feeling!
I honestly can not remember the last time I was down this low in weight and then I looked back through my emails and saw that the last time I was 134 pounds was...November 2013 which is crazy. That means I have not been 134 pounds or in that range in 3.5 years..crazy right? I think so! But I am so proud and I have gotten here through determination and not giving in to eating junk food when it is available. Weighing in each day keeps me where I need to be...
