Today is Wednesday October 26, 2022....I weighed in on September 25, 2022 at 175.2 pounds and this is the week that I stopped the PEPSI and then the following week is the week that I stopped the candy...
Then on October 25, 2022 one month from September 25th I weighed in at 167.2 pounds which means in ONE month I lost 8 (EIGHT!) pounds! That is just plain crazy but I am super happy about it.
So I worked out today Wednesday October 26 2022. I did two miles with Leslie Sansone DVD....The last time I worked out wasn't since Saturday October 22nd because I didn't feel good on Sunday and then all of this week I have just been too tired.
I weighed in today at 167.0 pounds and very happy about that. I only ate about 945 calories yesterday and I had the Atkins caramel dream shake that is so yummy! More tasty than I expected.
When I weigh in on Tuesday November 1st 2022 I am hoping to be either where I am now at 167.0 pounds or less.
The goal for the rest of the week is this. I am not working tomorrow night at Market Basket #92 because Pauline only put me on the schedule for monday, tuesday and wednesday which I am okay with because I left her a note that I only want to work 3 nights per week now. It might change when I move over here but until then I am going to do this.
So the plan for tomorrow is to get up and do my strength / weight lifting workout. I bought the blue rug from LL BEAN over the weekend on Saturday 10-22-2022 in Concord, NH and I plan to put that down in the mouse nest room and do Russian Twists and other floor exercises, like butt lifts and such. I did do 10 squats today after my cardio workout / 2 miles with Leslie
and I did POOP for the first time this week yesterday....so that is good. I have been having one apple a day. I bring it to work and peel it and chop/ slice it up and eat it here for lunch or in the morning and I think that is helping with my fiber intake. I haven't had the red bell pepper yet, but there is always tomorrow you know.
Another thing,
so tomorrow / Thursday I want to lift weights, then Friday do cardio again. I should be able to get a good nights sleep on Thursday night as I will not be working Thursday night and I would like to leave here/ NSCNNE when it is light out so I can get home when it is light out and go to bed at a decent time. The only down side is spending time with Dave ha!
Then Saturday I am going to the town clerk's office in north sutton i think they open at 9am i want to pack the car as i am going to Cassie's after that and to drive up to see her and then drive to her classroom.
also, maybe i can finish a gnome for her. I have some gnome hats done I just need to make the body and the nose and mustache so maybe make two to give to her. Because I have decided I am NOT doing a craft show this year. Maybe next year I can...but not this year you know.
It is just too much.
What I would like to do is maybe this weekend or next weekend I really need to start packing up things I don't use so that I can have them all packed up and when it is time for me to move I won't have a lot to pack you know. Maybe pack some summer clothes
time for work...leaving in a few!
