Today is Thursday November 10, 2022....I have tomorrow off from NSC NNE but I am working at Market Basket exit 17 here in Concord in the courtesy booth from 4pm to 10pm...to get some extra money since we do get holiday pay in a sense.


I weighed in this morning at 164.6 pounds and that means that I am up .4 pounds from yesterday. I am not very happy about it but I also feel like I cannot complain as I have been losing weight  probably more than I should be...I am hoping maybe there is a possibility that I can maybe get down to say 159 pounds by say November 25th only because of the fact that on October 25th I lost 8 pounds from September 25th to October 25th and it got me to 167. something pounds so if I can lose another 8 pounds from say October 25th to November 25th I think that would be a-m-a-z-i-n-g...right? And that would bring me to 159 pounds and I would so love that


So just a little update. So for the update...


I started the weight loss challenge with Jonah and Karyn and Hannah through the Facebook group total body transformation or something like that and the thing is this...I lost 6.6 pounds and 6.5 inches from October 17th 2022 to November 5th 2022 it is just amazing... I took pictures of my measurements and all that good stuff.


but  I have been feeling like the working out and eating within my calorie deficit is really helping me lose the weight. Cutting back on calories is helping. I have stopped eating when I get home from work at Market Basket as it is too late and just leads to unhealthy habits...nobody wants that if you know what I mean...


But I am thinking that maybe the reason I lost the inches is because I was alternating between lifting weights and cardio...so I have to see if that is something I should get back into if you know what I mean...

I mean I have basically stopped the lifting because I thought it wasn't helping but I am unsure if that is accurate or not.


I also have noticed the places that I have lost the inches are the band where my bra goes and the cup size too...they both are bigger on me now it seems and I know that that is the first place I lose it...but I am also seeing my jeans are loose in the legs and near the knees too so that is cool and I see it in the pants that I wear like the knit pants that I wear they are loose in the legs too so all of that is good you know!


I am finding that the not having soda and candy and junk food is really helping me out but some times i feel like i eat too many white cheddar rice cakes and it is now 9:14pm on thursday night and I am still at work at NSC NNE because I had to finish some things up and all that and I haven't gotten all my calories in but I do have tomorrow off from NSC NNE and just working at market basket at night so that is not too bad.

I am signing off...just wanted to poste that I am at the weight that I am at.
