GOALS for today and this week...

GOALS:

My goals for this week November 17 throughout November 23 2013

Now remember November 23 2012 I weighed 150 lbs. So I am hoping that on November 23 2013 I will weigh in at 130 lbs maybe. But even if I am still 132 lbs (old scale) then it will be fine. That is still 18 pounds down!

Goals:
Eat 2 servings for fruits a day.
Don't eat after 7pm at night.
Change up cardio workout: try bike at gym and also do the arc climber and also maybe I can try the elliptical if I feel motivated.

I want to get down to 125 pounds to 128 pounds before I start any weight training/ strength training. As I know that I will probably gain a pound or two from it and I would rather go up from those two weights than up for where I am or even 130 lbs. I would like to be toned and trim at 130lbs or even 132 lbs but not 135 lbs or higher.

I think once I get down to 128 or 125 lbs and I am there for a month or so then I think that I will feel comfortable working on strength training you know.
