Here are my measurements when Gail did them on Saturday November 16 2013
I told her that my weight was 132 lbs and she put down my age as 42 even though I am really 41...I will be 42 in one month

WAIST TO HIP RATIO: .65 (LOWER THAN .75 IS GOOD)
BLOOD PRESSURE:
104/69 (want to be no higher than 120/80) so that is good
BODY COMPOSITION
Body Fat: 25.5 % (25.6% is considered "good") so this tells me that the weight watchers scale that I bought is accurate.
RESTING HEART RATE
RHR: 49 (this low number means youhave a heart that is exercised, most are in the 70s I think is what she said)

CURRENT WEIGHT: 132 LBS
HEIGHT 64 INCHES (TOLD HER I WAS 5'3 AND 3/4 AND SHE ROUNDED UP TO 5'4)

SO ALL THIS INFO TELLS ME THAT THE INFO ON THE WEIGH WATCHERS SCALE THAT I USE IS PRETTY ACCURATE. SO THAT IS PRETTY GOOD RIGHT?
ANOTHER THING...HERE IS WHAT I WAS WEARING WHEN SHE DID THE MEASUREMENTS:
MY PINK/BLACK YOGA PANTS, PINK/WHITE STRIPED SPORTS BRA, SLIGHT BLUE SHORT SLEEVED SHIRT AND THEN SOCKS AND BLACK SNEAKERS. I THINK I ONLY HAD THE SNEAKERS ON FOR THE EXERCISES OR SO..BUT NOT FOR THE STEP UPS ON THE WOODEN CHAIR/STEP
BUT THE WEIGHT I GAVE HER WAS WHEN I WEIGHED MYSELF THAT MORNING AT 131.6 ON NEW SCALE. I JUST ROUNDED UP.
