I met with the personal trainer, Gail M. today.
She did my assessment and measurements today. Saturday November 16 2013

I weighed in this morning

Measurements with Gail
Chest: 33 inches
Right Arm (bicep): 10 inches (only does one arm)
Waist: 28 inches
Hips: 43 inches
Right Thigh: 23.5 inches (upper thigh, highest it can go is where she did it)
Waist to Hip Ratio: .65 (lower than .75 is average for my age group)

Blood Pressure: 104/69
Body Fat: 25.5 %
Total Body Water: 56.4% (33.85 liters)
Resting Heart Rate (RHR): 49
Fat Weight: 34 lbs
Lean (fat-free) weight: 98 lbs

It was a very good day! Can you believe that I am down about 18 lbs..yahoo!

I told Gail that I will go to to gym on sunday and talk to trainer there to have them show me the machines so that I can use them when I go there. another thing, I also told Gail that I will start doing strength training. but I will gain some pounds when I do that as I read that in an article.
So, what I am thinking is this...that I will maybe keep doing what I have been doing as it seems to be working for me and I am thinking that I will wait until I can get down to 125 lbs if I can or even 128 lbs or something similar to that.

I read an ariticle that Gail gave me about how this woman incorporated strength training and weights into her workout, but her clothes fit but the scale went up a few pounds.

AND Gail did tell me that she wished that I didn't weigh myself everyday. I told her why I did it but she wants me to feel the weightloss difference with my clothes and not the scale because once you do the weights and strength training then  you will be dropping inches and it will be a bigger change.

I mean I do plan on upping my cardio intensity. Gail suggested that I use the bike at the gym and recumbent bike if they have one. And arc climber still and I might try elipitical if it works for me. also, suggested intervals. (go fast, go slow, go fast, go slow, etc)

Want to eat more fruits and veggies. If I could eat 2 fruits a day and try to eat more veggies too.
I think I will take baby steps you know.

I want to go to the gym and try the bike and or arc climber and
when stretching hold the stretch for 20 seconds.
