Today is Saturday October 20 2013
I weighed in at 135.1 on new scale and 135 on old scale.

I didn't eat the greatest. I had egg and cheese wake up wrap with small hot chocolate in medium cup for breakfast. Then we went to Fitchburg State University for open house.  Great day! I had two slices of mushroom pizza , very yummy, small slices, and then I had a salad from salad bar with ranch dressing and then when we got home Jess had made brownies with Halloween decorations in it, sprinkles of brown/black and orange and white. I had too many of them.

then we went to Dave's for cards, cribbage and I had some cheese curls and wine cooler...170 cals for the winecooler. I didn't bring any of mine, Becky & Dave had bought some for me maybe. so that was cool.

I weighed myself at Dave & Becky's with all clothes on and jacket and my boots and I was 141 lbs and Kyla was 47 lbs

I had wanted to go to gym today but no time and I am exhausted and it is 11pm.

Weighed in at 135 pounds today! And Got some great feedback from coworkers! Great Day!

Weighed in today 135.1 lbs on new scale. 135 lbs on old scale.

At work today. I was in the kitchen and Trudy and Erin came in there and Trudy comes up to me and just says "I have to ask. How much weight did you lose?" and I told her "Fifteen" and she said " you can tell" and mentioned my bum/butt is getting smaller and that you can really tell. She's funny.And Erin was there and she agreed that I looked like I lost a lot of weight. When I said I lost "15" she thought I said "50" ha! But then Erin asked how I did it. And I told her counting calories, working out, cutting out soda, candy, ice cream, junk food. Erin was the one that asked me if I go to the gym a lot. I ran into Erin more than once today and we talked about this more than once. Erin said that when she sees me walking down the hall (we are at a distance from each other) she says she can really notice how much weight I have lost. It was very inspirational and motivational and another reason that I pushed myself to go to the gym tonight.

I got my new blue heart rate monitor today in the mail today! I love it. It didn't work as well as I would have liked when I first started using it tonight at the gym, but after playing with it and turning on and off I finally got it to work for a little bit.

I did 2.16 miles on treadmill in 38 minutes, but the HRM only worked for 32:02 minutes

So I've lost some weight and my boyfriend's kid (Jess) makes apple crisp for the first time and I wanted to try some and she tells me that it can be my reward for doing well with weight loss. Is she crazy???? I would never "reward" myself with food for a weight loss accomplishment.
I have been doing well this week. Weighing in this week I have been 134.0 lbs on the new scale and 133-134 lbs on the old scale and I am just loving it.

I lost my ipod ugh! Sometime after my workout on Sunday. I cleaned the bedroom on Sunday evening and am thinking that might be when I misplaced it. I still want to take a good look in my car, but if I don't find it I will be really bummed and I can't find the first one that I bought. I have to look around for it so that I can maybe use that one.

On another note. I worked out Sunday October 13, Monday October 14 and Tuesday October 15 (am). I almost went to PF in Nashua near work at Nashua after work Tuesday (worked until 8), but I was just too tired. They were having a Biggest Loser premiere and I wanted to go in and check it out but I was just too tired.

So, I went to DD and got the egg and cheese wake up wrap and a small hot choc. I know I shouldn't have done that but I figured that was my dinner. so then, I just came home and then I still ate some food. yikes! But I think I burned at least 150 cals.

My new HRM should be here soon! I can't wait. I have had my orange one for 5 years if not longer. and I think it is time for a new one you know!

I would like to go to the gym at some point today. I am getting out early and hope that after pictures I will be able to get a workout in. I would like to try to go to the gym everyday this week if I can. Friday might be harder. but other than that. Thursday I should be able to go after work. and then definitely should be able to go on Sunday. and hopefully Saturday some time.

I need to STAY FOCUSED!

Pat (MD tech at work) suggested that I buy a pair of jeans or a dress or something that I would like to wear in a size smaller than what I am but some size that I plan on getting into that way it will be a motivation for me to lose more weight.

I have also wanted to put up a picture of someone I would like to look like who is toned and all that as a motivational thing as well.
