Today was a good day for me. I weighed in on my old scale and it was 135 lbs. I loved it! Wasn't in the mood to eat breakfast today. I took a bite of oatmeal and wasn't feeling it, had a little bit of yogurt and that didn't do it for me either. had a few sips of my nestle hot choc and then dumped the rest of it out. Stopped at DD and got the egg and cheese wrap and small hot choc they put whipped cream in that I didn't ask for.
When I weighed myself this morning after shower when hair was wet it said 136.2 lbs I think. That was great. I ate pretty ok today except for dinner when I had 3 slices of large pepperoni pizza from Dominos. Each slice is 340 cals and 14 grams of fat yikes!
So, then I decided that I NEEDED to go to the gym tonight. So, I did 40 minutes on the treadmill and burned maybe 200 calories or so. HRM was not working. I wore it tonight first time in months. But I think it is time to buy a new one when I save some $$$. Then I did the arc trainer for 13 min and burned 110 cals. The HRM worked for this..wonder why.
Then, I did some knee exercises on those machines in the stretching room then some knee exercises and then I stretched and did the child's pose.
I am hoping that I burned enough cals to offset the intake of calories from the pizza I had for dinner tonight.
I worked last night/ Thursday October 3 2013 at night from 10-7pm and I weighed myself on the work scale the way I did it for the weigthloss challenge. and it was 137 lbs. So I lost 3.5 lbs since September 16 2013 on that scale! That is amazing I must say!
I just want to keep it going.
I would love to be able to get down to 130lbs or even 132-133 lbs by then end of the year. That would be such a HUGE accomplishment for me.
I have been doing good in the sense. That I have been eating pizza once a week. I have not been having any alcohol and I have stopped eating at McDonal'ds and other fast food joints. The only one I go to is DD and I only go there cuz I know the calories I am putting in my body.
I have told Richard before that if I don't know what the calories is for something he makes for dinner then I will not eat it. I have already done this before and he wasn't happy. but he doesn't understand that it is working for me. Counting calories is working for me. I track it in Loseit application and it is working for me.
I want to workout at least 30 minutes a day. And I am still using the pedometer for work walk across America challenge.
today I think I have something like: 15,615 steps and that is after my workout . pretty good! yay me!
