Weighed in today 135.1 lbs on new scale. 135 lbs on old scale.
At work today. I was in the kitchen and Trudy and Erin came in there and Trudy comes up to me and just says "I have to ask. How much weight did you lose?" and I told her "Fifteen" and she said " you can tell" and mentioned my bum/butt is getting smaller and that you can really tell. She's funny.And Erin was there and she agreed that I looked like I lost a lot of weight. When I said I lost "15" she thought I said "50" ha! But then Erin asked how I did it. And I told her counting calories, working out, cutting out soda, candy, ice cream, junk food. Erin was the one that asked me if I go to the gym a lot. I ran into Erin more than once today and we talked about this more than once. Erin said that when she sees me walking down the hall (we are at a distance from each other) she says she can really notice how much weight I have lost. It was very inspirational and motivational and another reason that I pushed myself to go to the gym tonight.
I got my new blue heart rate monitor today in the mail today! I love it. It didn't work as well as I would have liked when I first started using it tonight at the gym, but after playing with it and turning on and off I finally got it to work for a little bit.
I did 2.16 miles on treadmill in 38 minutes, but the HRM only worked for 32:02 minutes

I have been doing well this week. Weighing in this week I have been 134.0 lbs on the new scale and 133-134 lbs on the old scale and I am just loving it.
I lost my ipod ugh! Sometime after my workout on Sunday. I cleaned the bedroom on Sunday evening and am thinking that might be when I misplaced it. I still want to take a good look in my car, but if I don't find it I will be really bummed and I can't find the first one that I bought. I have to look around for it so that I can maybe use that one.
On another note. I worked out Sunday October 13, Monday October 14 and Tuesday October 15 (am). I almost went to PF in Nashua near work at Nashua after work Tuesday (worked until 8), but I was just too tired. They were having a Biggest Loser premiere and I wanted to go in and check it out but I was just too tired.
So, I went to DD and got the egg and cheese wake up wrap and a small hot choc. I know I shouldn't have done that but I figured that was my dinner. so then, I just came home and then I still ate some food. yikes! But I think I burned at least 150 cals.
My new HRM should be here soon! I can't wait. I have had my orange one for 5 years if not longer. and I think it is time for a new one you know!
I would like to go to the gym at some point today. I am getting out early and hope that after pictures I will be able to get a workout in. I would like to try to go to the gym everyday this week if I can. Friday might be harder. but other than that. Thursday I should be able to go after work. and then definitely should be able to go on Sunday. and hopefully Saturday some time.
I need to STAY FOCUSED!
Pat (MD tech at work) suggested that I buy a pair of jeans or a dress or something that I would like to wear in a size smaller than what I am but some size that I plan on getting into that way it will be a motivation for me to lose more weight.
I have also wanted to put up a picture of someone I would like to look like who is toned and all that as a motivational thing as well.

Doing Good!
I did pretty good today. I ate under my calories for the day and when I was home. I got home around 8pm tonight and I was a little hungry. I wanted to eat something but knew that it was a bad idea. So, I ended up having two pieces of sugar free spearmint gum instead.
AND I must it was a great decision. I had less than 1200 calories today.
and I walked a little over 8000 steps today. think it could have been better you know/
When I weighed in today on my new scale I was 134.5lbs and for the old scale I was 132 3x and then 133 3x. So that is pretty cool I must say.
yay me! Went to see mom and dad after work and they gave me some you know what :

Pounds are going down!
I am very happy that the scale is going down. I weighed in this morning/ Sunday October 6, 2013 at 134 lbs around 7:50am on my old scale and on my new scale:
133.2 lbs// 25.8 body fat %// 54.3 water// 22.7 BMI
this was the first time,
then the second time and every time after that this is what I weighed in at and my other measurements:
134.5 lbs
26.3 body fat %
53.9 water
22.9 BMI
and this is what I was for like 3 times.
so I figure that my old scale is only off by half a pound and I think that is great!
I did weigh with clothes on today/ jeans and shirt and no socks and was 137 lbs on old scale so that is cool
Also, went to Supercuts today and had them do an all over color of a shade of chocolate brown and she told me that some areas might be lighter than others due to the colors in my hair from before. I told her that was fine.
then I bought some shampoo for the colored hair and she said to use this but any conditioner is good so I figure me and C can both use it as we both have colored/highlighted hair.
Based on my OLD scale I have lost I want to say from 150 lbs to 134 lbs means I am down 16 pounds. can you believe it! I love it!

Great Workout at PF!
Today was a good day for me. I weighed in on my old scale and it was 135 lbs. I loved it! Wasn't in the mood to eat breakfast today. I took a bite of oatmeal and wasn't feeling it, had a little bit of yogurt and that didn't do it for me either. had a few sips of my nestle hot choc and then dumped the rest of it out. Stopped at DD and got the egg and cheese wrap and small hot choc they put whipped cream in that I didn't ask for.
When I weighed myself this morning after shower when hair was wet it said 136.2 lbs I think. That was great. I ate pretty ok today except for dinner when I had 3 slices of large pepperoni pizza from Dominos. Each slice is 340 cals and 14 grams of fat yikes!
So, then I decided that I NEEDED to go to the gym tonight. So, I did 40 minutes on the treadmill and burned maybe 200 calories or so. HRM was not working. I wore it tonight first time in months. But I think it is time to buy a new one when I save some $$$. Then I did the arc trainer for 13 min and burned 110 cals. The HRM worked for this..wonder why.
Then, I did some knee exercises on those machines in the stretching room then some knee exercises and then I stretched and did the child's pose.
I am hoping that I burned enough cals to offset the intake of calories from the pizza I had for dinner tonight.
I worked last night/ Thursday October 3 2013 at night from 10-7pm and I weighed myself on the work scale the way I did it for the weigthloss challenge. and it was 137 lbs. So I lost 3.5 lbs since September 16 2013 on that scale! That is amazing I must say!
I just want to keep it going.
I would love to be able to get down to 130lbs or even 132-133 lbs by then end of the year. That would be such a HUGE accomplishment for me.
I have been doing good in the sense. That I have been eating pizza once a week. I have not been having any alcohol and I have stopped eating at McDonal'ds and other fast food joints. The only one I go to is DD and I only go there cuz I know the calories I am putting in my body.
I have told Richard before that if I don't know what the calories is for something he makes for dinner then I will not eat it. I have already done this before and he wasn't happy. but he doesn't understand that it is working for me. Counting calories is working for me. I track it in Loseit application and it is working for me.
I want to workout at least 30 minutes a day. And I am still using the pedometer for work walk across America challenge.

A New Month... A New Beginning!
I didn't have time to go to the gym this morning before work. Today was my first full day at work this week. I am working half day tomorrow due to senior pictures for C.
So I pushed myself to go to the gym after work tonight. I went to the gym that is near work in Nashua. I only did the treadmill again tonight like yesterday. I am only working half day tomorrow so I am hoping that I can go to the gym some time on Wednesday. I want to try to go to the gym everyday if I can or maybe 3-4 times a week.
My total steps for today Monday October 1 2013 is: 15,781 and the miles say: 4.22 but I think that is incorrect. both might be incorrect who knows. I noticed that my pedometer said 10,000 miles before I even left work for the day today. so that is good.
I weighed myself on my new scale today and it said: 136.9 pounds, which means I am down .4 lbs since when I weighed in on Monday. My old scale said 137 lbs. so I am happy that it is being consistent.
Dr. Engelhart told me today (Tuesday Oct 1 2013) that I look really good and that it looks like I lost more weight. He tells me that he can really notice it. and I think it is interesting because this morning before I left for work I was looking at my face in the mirror in the bedroom and noticed myself that my face looked thinner than before. And that was just an observation that I had. So, naturally when he said that it just made me feel GREAT!

I was talking to Mom tonight about how AJ never say anything nice to me or never compliment me on anything. I told her that I have complimented A&J on occasion but never anything from them. I was telling Mom about when I cut my hair a few weeks ago and how J&A never said a word about it. I mean if they didn't like it they could have just said that they noticed I cut my hair since it was such a drastic change. but if they did like it you would think they would have said something. But NOOOOOO! I also told Mom that I will and have complimented J on her hair in the past but no more. or not for some time. I don't feel the need to make them feel prettier when they don't do the same for me. Maybe I am being selfish who knows. But I wish they were nicer to me or us or something.
I am exhausted! Good night!
